What to do if you receive a damaged product or package

Do not throw away the packaging

The box and sealants are needed for damage control, so please do not throw them away.

Please kindly take pictures of the product, the original packaging and sealants (from several angles, so that the stickers on the product are clearly visible).

Important information:

  • Please take pictures even if the packaging is not damaged!
  • Keep the packaging and sealant until the end of the investigation!
    Without it, we cannot accept the claim and report it to GLS. Please report the claim within 3 working days of receipt.
  • The parcel will be delivered to a pre-arranged address by GLS courier, so please do not send it to us by any other means.
  • Carefully wrap the packaging and product you receive in another box and prepare it for the courier, you do not need to label it, the courier will carry the label.
    To investigate the claim, the original condition must be presented to the courier service, so the product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was originally received, otherwise we cannot accept the claim!

Below is the information you need to know to use it as intended and to claim under warranty.

The three most important steps:

  • DO NOT REMOVE THE PHOTO - until you have tested the display or if you experience damage!
  • DO NOT TOUCH THE DISPLAY - first connect the ribbon cable and test the colours and touch of the display!
  • AFTER A SUCCESSFUL TEST - install the display and remove the protective film!

More about the installation of the display:

  • Upon receipt, compare the size, colour and design of the display you ordered with the original LCD display (if you ordered a framed display, it will have a small bezel on all four edges, if the part matches your device, you will need to rebuild the phone).
  • If you notice any discrepancy or damage to the part DO NOT USE the product or attempt to modify it to use it. Report the problem to us immediately!

  • If no errors are found, continue testing.

  • Test the display by plugging in the ribbon cable, but do not glue the product in place. If the screen works properly (e.g. it gives a picture, touches the display, does not streak, etc.), only glue it in place or, in the case of a framed display, rebuild the components.
  • Once glued, wait for the glue to dry (this may vary depending on the glue used), then remove the protective film and you can use your device again.
