Order process
We can only accept orders via the webshop!

This guide describes the ordering process:

It`s worth registering for our online store, as our logged-in customers can add products to their shopping cart directly from the list page. Non-registered customers can only do this on the product page.

Step 1: The selected product is „add to cart” click on the button to add it to your shopping cart.

A window will pop up with two options to choose from: „Continue shopping” or „Go to cart”.

If the „Continue shopping” button, the window closes and you can continue to search for products.

If the „Go to cart” button to open your shopping cart.

Step 2: On the first page you can see the "contents of your cart" and you can enter a coupon code if you have one. You can also find other product offers at the bottom of the page.

Once we have checked that the quantities and products are correct, we can click on the "continue" button to select the desired delivery and payment method.

Step 3: There are three delivery methods to choose from.

  • Personal delivery (in our shop)
  • GLS courier service (home delivery)
  • Parcel Point (GLS Parcel Point, PickPackPoint)

Personal receipt

It is worth waiting for the confirmation email, as we will only send it after checking the product.
"In stock" in green - The product is in stock and can be picked up in person*, even without ordering**.
"Central stock" in green - Personal delivery only after confirmation of receipt of the order.

*In the absence of an online order, we can provide the product at list price.
**Orders placed on our website are primarily stocked.

Optional payment methods:

  • Cash on receipt of goods (cash or credit card payment on the spot)
  • Bank transfer (payment in advance only, and we can only deliver the product after confirmation)
  • Online card payment (you can also pay for the product with your online card via barion)

GLS courier service

Home delivery is available on working days between 8am and 5pm, delivery information will be sent by email. Delivery costs 1490 HUF, additional services may incur extra costs.

Optional payment methods:

  • Cash, on receipt of the goods (only cash can be paid at the courier and +275 HUFhandling fee will be charged)
  • Bank transfer (payment in advance only, and we can only deliver the product after confirmation)
  • Online card payment (you can also pay for the product with your online card via barion)

Other additional services:

  • Telephone notification within one hour before delivery (the courier calls the recipient one hour before delivery)
  • SMS notification of parcel dispatch (on the day of delivery, the courier company sends an SMS notification)
  • Package insurance

These are optional services and come at an extra cost.

Package Point

If you are picking up at a parcel point, please check the opening hours and payment options at the parcel point, as not all points accept card payments. Delivery costs 1490 HUF, additional services may incur extra charges.

  • Bank transfer (payment in advance only, and we can only deliver the product after confirmation)

After selecting the appropriate payment and delivery method, press continue to enter your details.

Step 4: Enter the data

In triplicate, you can choose from the following data entry methods:

Enter your email address and click on the next button.

In this case, the system will check the email address.

If you are registered, it gives you the option to log in.

If you are not registered, you will be given the option to register.

If you tick the "Register for the online store system" box, you can buy without registering.

If you are a registered customer, the system will automatically fill in the data required for your order by pressing the login buttons (Notebook login, Facebook, Google)

Once the data has been verified, the data protection policy and the GTC must be adopted. Then the „Order completion” to finalise your order.

About registration

It is worth registering as you can manage your order from your account.

You will be entitled to the following features:

  • Pay for product online (if not already paid)
  • Cancelling, cancelling an order
  • Change order details (delivery address)
  • Order to re-order
  • Complaint handling (complaint, warranty notification)

Step 5: For non-registered customers.

After entering your email address, please enter a password if you wish to register. If not, please tick the registration box.

Billing information must then be provided.

To do this, you need to select the invoicing method (private individual / company or E.V.).

In the case of a private person, the billing name and address must be provided. You can also choose to receive a paper invoice or an electronic invoice. It is advisable to choose the electronic invoice as it is sent by email, thus protecting the environment, and can be retrieved at any time. The paper invoice has a printing and environmental fee of 90 HUF.

You can enter an address other than the billing address if you want to request delivery to another address. To do this, you need to tick the checkbox.

We will inform you of the receipt of your order on the site and send you an automatic email, which is not yet a confirmation email. The confirmation will be sent in a follow-up email after the order has been processed.

For personal orders, we will send you a message confirming receipt, while for parcel point or home delivery, we will send you information when you dispatch your parcel.

The Electronic Invoice will also be sent at this time in a separate email. Paper invoices will be included in the package.
