Management of pending cases

Submitted complaints can be viewed under "My Account / My Account" on the information page of the "Cases" section.

This will take you to the submitted cases page, where you can find out about any pending complaints or cancellation requests.

By clicking on the details button, you can see the details of the report, such as a description of the error, a picture of the error, sender and billing information, the method of submission and a brief description of the status of the process.

Notifications can also be viewed on the order page, you do not have to visit this page.

On the order page, notifications are displayed as shown in the image below:

In order-related cases, if you click on one of the notifications, the data and information previously described will still be displayed.

It is not possible to cancel a notification via "My Account", only our administrator can close it. Each order has a unique "Customer ID". We can open as many cases as there are products associated with the order and no open cases have been initiated.
