How can I complain about a product?
Online complaint (fast)
You can easily complain about our products using our complaint form. Once completed, you will receive an RMA number. You can bring the product with this number to any of our stores or send it to us.

  • You can deliver the prepared product in person at our shop (1142. Budapest Ungvár köz 5.).
  • documents required: a copy of the invoice (this is the warranty ticket itself), sent electronically to the email address provided or in paper form in the package.
    In the case of an electronic invoice, you do not need to print it out, just present it on a device (phone, tablet).

By post or courier
Using my account (faster administration)
1. Step into your account.
2. Select the order that contains the item you want to return.
3. Press the RMA button and select the "Cancel" option.
4. Then fill in the details (reason for error*, account number, return method)
5. You must then send us the product within 14 days of the date of notification, and return it to us in accordance with the method of return.

Traditional administration

3. Write to us your intention to withdraw, which must include the order number, bank account number and the method of return. In the case of multiple products, we also ask for a product name.

5. Pack the product and deliver it to our shop in a way that suits you.

Frequently asked questions and answers
Return the product within 14 days of purchase. You can send it in person or by post (with a covering letter) to any of our stores.
We need the invoice, as it is also the guarantee voucher. If you are sending the product by post, don`t forget to enclose the declaration form, which you can download. Please put the two documents in the packaging. Download from.
You do not need the original packaging to make a claim, but it is recommended that you use it for delivery.
Make sure your device is really broken!
  • Check the power cable, the power supply, the connection points for components
  • Switch off and switch on again,
  • Make sure that you intend to operate the appliance in accordance with the instructions for use.

  • If the problem still persists, please submit your complaint using the methods at the top of the page.
Important! The majority of the products sold in our online store do not fall under the 1-year warranty period required by the mandatory warranty, as we do not sell consumer durables!

Government Decree No. 151/2003 (IX. 22.) on the mandatory warranty for consumer durables (hereinafter the Government Decree) defines what constitutes a consumer durable, read more here: link. A compulsory guarantee is provided for the items listed in the Annex. This means that for new products, the compulsory guarantee period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
For non-durable consumer goods, there is a contractual guarantee, which you can find more information about at the bottom of the page under the Guarantee section: link. In the case of a contractual guarantee, the company specifies how long it will guarantee the product. This does not affect the warranty period. If the seller has given a contractual warranty at the time of purchase, the procedure for this is the same as for a statutory warranty. In all cases, the warranty period will be indicated in our online shop and on the invoice.
