You can pick up the ordered product in our shop in Budapest XIV. district.

Our address: 1142. Budapest Ungvár köz 5. Our shop is open on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. Cash or credit card payment is possible.

It is also possible to buy in our shop without ordering online, but in this case we can provide the product at the "List Price". In our store, we can keep our prices low by outsourcing the ordering process (customer finds the product, places the order, fills in the details) and optimising it as much as possible (pick-up, information). We therefore recommend that you order the product before you decide to pick it up in person. A confirmation will be sent to you within a short time. Ordering also avoids that someone else buys the product at List price while you are in our shop. More information
RECEIPT OF GOODS AT A PICK PACK POINT
We can deliver orders to a Pick Pack Point at a cost of 1490 HUF. Delivery time in Budapest is expected to be 1-2 working days, in all other cases 2-3 working days. There are several points where you can pay by card, but before you pick up your order, you should check with the point you have chosen to see if it is possible.

The Order process:

Once your order has been processed, our system will send automatic messages to the email address you provided.

  • - In the first message, we will send you information about the order processing and delivery, such as the order ID, a link to the Pick Pack Point tracking page and the total amount.
  • - Then, if you have requested an electronic invoice, we will send it separately by email. (If you have requested a paper invoice, we will send it in the package or send a copy by email.)
  • - In addition to the Sprinter courier service, you can also request a GLS parcel point. When you place your order, you can choose which parcel point you would like to pick up your shipment.
  • - On the day of delivery, the shipping company will also send you an email containing the parcel number, the estimated time of arrival at the delivery point and other status information.

HOME DELIVERY

The order placed in our online store can be picked up at your home, workplace, anywhere in the country within 24/48 hours after confirmation, provided that the order is registered in our system before 13.00 on working days, the ordered product is in stock in our central warehouse and our customer service representative has confirmed your order by email. Parcels are dispatched exclusively from the central warehouse. If the order is placed after 13:00 on a Friday, the earliest delivery date is Tuesday of the following week, subject to positive stock. Email confirmation is important to agree delivery details, which can be done between 9am and 5pm on working days, subject to availability of all selected parts.

We charge a handling fee of +275 HUF for parcels ordered with cash on delivery.

The process:

- Information about the delivery will be sent by the GLS courier service, including the parcel number, the expected arrival time (limited to a 3-hour timeframe) and the courier`s phone number.`
- If you have requested an additional service (SMS / Telephone), this will also be provided by the GLS courier service.
- If the time is not convenient, you can contact the courier by phone.

The prices shown include the cost of packaging and a second delivery (next working day) if the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful.

Delivery can only be made within Hungary, between 8:00-17:00 on working days, at any time, so it is advisable to specify a delivery address where the person receiving the goods is available all day. If the order is placed after 13:00 on Friday, the earliest delivery date is Tuesday, due to the Monday pick-up.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on processing capacity.

The weight values are the actual total measured weight.

Payment can be made in cash (on receipt of the parcel), by advance payment, by invoice or by Barion online payment. In case of prepayment, we can send the parcel as soon as we receive the payment.

Unfortunately, postal delivery is not possible!

In accordance with the new tax laws, from January 2013, the tax number must be indicated on the invoice of a company, foundation or individual with a tax number. So, please send the tax number in the comment when ordering, and give it to your colleagues when shopping.

Please indicate your VAT invoice request in advance, we are not able to issue it afterwards.
