14-day withdrawal
When, for how long and how can I opt out?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal form must be returned to our shop in person (1142. Budapest. Ungvár köz 5.), by post or courier during opening hours.
A customer who is a consumer (private individuals, not companies, in the case of an invoice issued in the name of a company, withdrawal is not possible) may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days (including the 14th calendar day) without giving any reason. The procedure for doing so is provided for in Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal from the day he takes delivery of the goods. This right does not apply if you have personally purchased the product(s) in our shop. Important! After the use of parts (phone display, etc., accessories (foil) (installation, removal of foil), the right of withdrawal is terminated. To maintain this right, first check the product, try it on the desired device and only then install it.
1. Step inside your account.
2. Select the order that contains the item you want to return.
3. Press the RMA button and select the "Cancel" option.
4. Then fill in the details (reason for error*, account number, return method)
5. You must then send us the product within 14 days of the date of notification, and return it to us in accordance with the procedure for sending a notification.
Traditional administration
1.Download the withdrawal notice from our site.
2. Fill in (even without printing the document).
3/A. Write to us your intention to withdraw, which must include the method of return (in person at our customer service or by post) and include the cancellation notice and invoice as an attachment.
3/B. Print out the invoice and the withdrawal form and include them together in the package.
4. Pack the product and deliver it to our shop in a way that suits you.
