Order management

You can view your orders by clicking on My Orders under the My Account icon.

There are two main sections on the Orders page, separating the In Progress and Completed (completed / delivered) orders.

In the case of an active order, you have more options to make changes, but you can only access certain functions for a certain period of time.

For example, in such cases, if the order has not yet been paid for, you can pay for it online by credit card until the order is delivered. For completed orders, you can download the invoices.

But there are several other functions that can be accessed by pressing the details button.

You can also cancel your order or pay online on this page. Changes to the delivery address and billing address are only valid for the order in question. If you wish to change the default details, please go to my account / Edit details.

We also include information on the order page. When the product is assembled, it will change from "Preparation" to "OK" status.

Additional charges and changes to the total amount are shown, such as cash on delivery handling charge +276 Ft, in case the order has not yet been paid.

You can also select the invoice format.

On successful dispatch or confirmation of receipt of the parcel, the yellow information bar will turn green. If there is an error with the order, it turns red. But the information within the bar will always give you information on the progress of your order.

In the case of a personal purchase, we have the possibility to extend the time for receiving your order from 6 working days to 6 working days. If you would like to see which products have been ordered for each order, you can switch to the "Products ordered" view. On this page, you can view a list of ordered products, illustrated with pictures, and select the corresponding order.
